Doctrinal interpretation of corporative relations’ content in the aspect of Сorporative law development as well as determination of corporative arguments’ jurisdiction have been given. Проведен анализ содержания корпоративных отношений с точки зрения их классификации на внутренние и внешние. Определен субъектный со­став корпоративных отношений, его специфика. В дискуссионном ракурсе определены критерии и рас­крыто содержание внешних корпоративных отношений. Дано доктринальное толкование содержа­ния корпоративных отношений в аспекте развития корпоративного права, определения подведомствен­ности корпоративных споров. Дано аналіз змісту корпоративних відносин з огляду на їх класифікацію на внутрішні та зовнішні. Визначено суб’єктний склад корпоративних відно­син, його специфіку. У дискусійному ракурсі визна­чені критерії та розкрито зміст зовнішніх корпора­тивних відносин. Надане доктринальне тлумачення змісту корпоративних відносин в аспекті розвитку корпоративного права, визначення підвідомчості корпоративних спорів. V.
