The article presents an investigation and scientific analysis of features of the legal adjusting of working hours of women in OIA. Taking into account that women in OIA have both general and special working legal status, in legal adjusting of their working hours principle of unity and differentiation of adjusting of labour legal relationships is used to a fall degree. As a result of research it is suggested to fasten at legislative level the list of positions in the organs of internal affairs, passing of service on which foresees office hours with the unrationed working sometimes, and also to foresee payment of labour of the workers OIA for overworks in a double size. Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию и научному анализу особенностей правового регули­рования рабочего времени женщин — работников ОВД. Учитывая наличие у женщин — работников ОВД как общего, так и специального трудо-право­вого статуса, при правовом регулировании их рабо­чего времени в полной мере применяется принцип единства и дифференциации регулирования трудо­вых правоотношений. По результатам исследования предложено закрепить на законодательном уровне перечень должностей в органах внутренних дел, прохождение службы на которых предусматривает режим работы с ненормированным рабочим време­нем, а также предусмотреть оплату труда работников ОВД за сверхурочные работы в двойном размере. Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню й науковому аналізу особливостей правового регулю­вання робочого часу жінок — працівників ОВС. Враховуючи наявність у жінок — працівників ОВС як загального, так І спеціального трудо-правового статусу, при правовому регулюванні їх робочого часу у повній мірі застосовується принцип єдності і дифе­ренціації регулювання трудових правовідносин. За результатами дослідження запропоновано закріпити на законодавчому рівні перелік посад в органах внутрішніх справі, проходження служби на яких передбачає режим роботи з ненормованим робочим часом, а також передбачити оплату праці працівників ОВС за надурочні роботи у подвійному розмірі.
