Рассмотрены основные положения Общегосударственной программы адаптации законодательства Украины к законодательству Европейского Союза относительно адаптации угольного законодательства Украины к соответствующему законодательству Европейского Союза. Определена совокупность нормативно-правовых актов, которые необходимо адаптировать согласно европейским требованиям, при этом обращено внимание на отдельные проблемы самого процесса такой работы в Украине. Сформулированы перспективные направления исследований по ускорению процесса адаптации угольного законодательства Украины к нормам Европейского Союза. Розглянуто основні положення Загальнодержавної програми адаптації законодавства України до законодавства Європейського Союзу щодо адаптації вугільного законодавства України до відповідного законодавства Європейського Союзу. Визначено сукупність нормативно-правових актів, які необхідно адаптувати до європейських вимог, при цьому звернуло увагу на окремі проблеми щодо самого процесу такої роботи в Україні. Сформульовано перспективні напрями досліджень щодо прискорення процесу адаптації вугільного законодавства України до норм Європейського Союзу. V.
