Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию и научному анализу современного этапа развития рыночной экономики в КНР, которую связывают с созданием экономического строя, в котором развивается многоукладная экономика при ведущей роли государственного сектора и развитии рыночного саморегулирования. Реорганизация предприятий по «китайскому образцу» способствовала реализации стратегического плана поддержки государством развития крупных предприятий и передаче управления мелкими предприятиями в частные руки. Главным путем для системной реорганизации всего сектора, в том числе и крупных предприятий, стало акционирование. Стаття присвячена комплексному досліджений й науковому аналізу сучасного етапу розвитку ринкової економіки в КНР, яку пов’язують зі створенням економічного ладу, в якому розвивається багатоукладна економші при провідній ролі державного сектора і розвитку ринкового саморегулювання. Реорганізація підприємств за «китайським зразком» сприяла реалізації стратегічного плану підтримки державою розвитку великих підприємств і передачі управління дрібними підприємствами, у приватні руки. Головним напрямом для системної реорганізації всього сектора, утому числі великих підприємстві стало акціонування. V.
