It has been determined that the features of exercising this right are specified by child’s age and sphere of legal relations where the representation takes place. The parents exercise their right to the representation and protection of their little (under 14 years) children in the material and procedural legal relations. They don’t have the right to represent an underage child in the property and personal non-property relations, they provide the help only to their underage children in exercising property rights. |
