Приведены результаты анализа соответствия действующего природоохранного законодательства Украины принципам материальной ответственности «загрязнителей» за последствия созданного ими загрязнения. Установлены основные причины неэффективной реализации принципа «загрязнитель платит» на практике. Наведено результати аналізу відповідності чинного природоохоронного законодавства України принципам матеріальної відповідальності «забруднювачів»: за наслідки створеного ними забруднення. Встановлено основні причини неефективної реалізації принципу «забруднювач сплачує» на практиці. V.
