В статье определены проблемы, которые необходимо решить для создания эффективной мотивации в условиях минимизации затрат на предприятии. Обоснована необходимость внедрения новых подходов управления персоналом с помощью методов мотивации социального характера и форм корпоративной культуры. Рассмотрены методы мотивации социального характера и предложены направления по их внедрению с целью закрепления персонала на предприятии и противостоянию снижения производительности труда. Визначено проблеми, які необхідно вирішити для створення ефективної мотивації в умовах мінімізації витрат на підприємстві. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження нових підходів управління персоналом за допомогою методів мотивації соціального характеру та форм корпоративної культури, запропоновано напрями їх впровадження з метою закріплення персоналу на підприємстві та протистоянню зниження продуктивності праці.
