Рассмотрены факторы формирования потенциала предприятий региона и предложена их классификация. Выделена тесная связь между процессами социального и экономического развития региона и формированием потенциала его предприятий, на основе которого исследовано их взаимное влияние и предложен методический подход к его определению. Приведен алгоритм и пример оценки влияния внешней среды на формирование потенциала предприятий территориальной единицы. Розглянуто чинники формування потенціалу підприємств регіону, запропоновано їх класифікацію. Виділено тісний зв’язок між процесами соціального й економічного розвитку регіону та формуванням потенціалу його підприємств, на основі якого досліджено їх взаємний вплив і запропоновано методичний підхід його визначення. Наведено алгоритм і приклад оцінки впливу зовнішнього середовища на формування потенціалу підприємств територіальної одиниці. V.
