The paper focuses on the most common variants of the definition “competitiveness of enterprise”. As a result of the analysis, the shortcomings of existing definitions are described and author’s version of the term “competitiveness of enterprise” is offered.

Рассмотрены наиболее распространенные варианты определения термина «конкурентоспособность предприятия». По результатам анализа выявлены недостатки существующих определений и предложен авторский вариант термина «конкурентоспособность предприятия». Розглянуто найбільш розповсюджені варіанти визначення терміну «конкурентоспроможність підприємства». За результатами аналізу виявлено недоліки існуючих визначень і запропоновано авторський варіант терміну «конкурентоспроможність підприємства». V.
