Исследован генезис юридической мысли относительно правоотношений в сфере социального обеспечения в отечественной науке права социального обеспечения, определено понятие социально-обеспечивающих правоотношений и их основные признаки. Выявлено отсутствие единого обеспечивающего правоотношения, в рамках которого граждане могли бы реализовать свои права на все виды социального обеспечения. Досліджено ґенезу юридичної думки щодо правовідносин у сфері соціального забезпечення у вітчизняній науці права соціального забезпечення, визначено поняття соціально-забезпечувальних правовідносин та їх основні ознаки. Визнано відсутність єдиного забезпечувального правовідношення. В рамках якого громадяни могли б реалізувати свої права на усі види соціального забезпечення. V.
