ПЕРШОЧЕРГОВІ ЗАСАДИ РЕФОРМУВАННЯ ЖИТЛОВО-КОМУНАЛЬНОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА РЕГІОНУ
Causes and consequences of inefficient work of the housing and communal facilities in Ukraine and Donetsk region have been studied. It has been proved that this sphere requires cardinal reforms. The immediate directions for reforming the housing and communal facilities are offered.
