Приведены организационные механизмы содействия развитию альтернативных форм обслуживания жилищного фонда в Украине. Определены проблемы и преимущества от создания жильцами объединений совладельцев многоквартирных домов. Приведены функции, задачи и ожидаемые результаты от создания в Донецкой области Базового регионального методологического центра действующих и новых объединений совладельцев многоквартирных домов. Наведено організаційні механізми сприяння розвитку, альтернативних форм обслуговування житлового фонду в Україні. Визначено проблеми й перевага від створення мешканцями об’єднань співвласників багатоквартирних будинків. Наведено функції, задачі та очікувані результати від запровадження в Донецькій області Базового регіонального методологічного центру діючих і нових об’єднань співвласників багатоквартирних будинків.
