Economics and Law| Zusammenfassung: | The article explores the nature and main problems of filling the bank’s balance sheet as the main element of the formation of sufficient capital in modern conditions. The main elements of effective management of the bank’s assets and liabilities have been identified, and the relationship between their management and the opportunities for capital formation and profit has been analyzed and justified. The main elements of management regarding the achievement of the desired level of capital are proposed.
