Проанализирована экономическая ценность «постоянного экономического роста» сквозь призму ценностно-цивилизационного подхода. Правовое закрепление этого ориентира осуществляется в контексте канонизированной законодателем экономической политики, и не соответствует гуманитарным вызовам современности. Экономическая политика государства должна разрабатываться в едином блоке с гуманитарной и содействовать духовному развитию общества. Проаналізовано економічну цінність «постійного економічного зростання» крізь призму ціннісно-цивілізаційного підходу. Правове закріплення цього орієнтиру відбувається В контексті канонізованої законодавцем економічної політики й не відповідає гуманітарним викликам сучасності. Економічна політика держави повинна розроблятися в єдиному блоці із гуманітарною і сприяти духовному розвитку суспільства. V.
