The paper analyses the norms of the Tax Code that regulate the issues of administrative detention of taxpayers’ property. The deficiencies in Ukraine’s legislation have been identified and ways of its improving are offered.

Выявлены недоработки законодательства Украины и предложены направления его совершенствования. Проаналізовано норми Податкового кодексу, які регулюють питання адміністративного арешту майна платника податків. Виявлено недоробки законодавства України й запропоновано напрями його вдосконалення.
