Economics and Law| Zusammenfassung: | It has been established that in Ukraine, organizational and legal and institutional prerequisites for reforming local self-government and a qualitative transformation of the system of territorial organization of power have been basically created. A model of positive transformations should be recognized as the activities of the united territorial communities, the practice of creating them throughout the state received a positive assessment from international experts and European organizations on the development of democracy. The first results of OGG's activity convince us that the main goal of the state regional policy, which is, inter alia, in strengthening the viability of territorial communities, is achieved. |
