Рассмотрены общие принципы налогообложения в Украине е точки зрения соответствия им конкретных предписаний действующего законодательства о налогообложении. Сформулированы предложения относительно приведения в соответствие отдельных положений налогового законодательства и общих принципов, обоснованы отдельные уточнения и дополнения принципов налогообложения, содержащихся в Налоговом кодексе Украины. Розглянуто загальні засади оподаткування в Україні з точки зору відповідності ним конкретних приписів діючого законодавства про оподаткування. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо приведення у відповідність окремих положень податкового законодавства до загальних принципів, які містить Податковий кодекс України, обґрунтовано окремі уточнення та доповнення принципів оподаткування.
