The paper considers the general principles of taxation in Ukraine from the point of view of conformity of the current tax legislative instructions to them. Some clarifications and additions to the principles of taxation are well-grounded. Рассмотрены общие принципы налогообложения в Украине е точки зрения соответствия им конкретных предписаний действующего законодательства о налогообложении. Сформулированы предложения относительно приведения в соответствие отдельных положений налогового законодательства и общих принципов, обоснованы отдельные уточнения и дополнения принципов налогообложения, содержащихся в Налоговом кодексе Украины. Розглянуто загальні засади оподаткування в Україні з точки зору відповідності ним конкретних приписів діючого законодавства про оподаткування. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо приведення у відповідність окремих положень податкового законодавства до загальних принципів, які містить Податковий кодекс України, обґрунтовано окремі уточнення та доповнення принципів оподаткування.
