The proposals have been worked out to improve the legal regulation of given relations in order to provide an effective organization of oil supply market in Ukraine. Рассмотрены взаимоотношения на рынке нефти Украины, исследованы особенности и очерчены основные проблемы правового регулирования общественных отношений, возникающих в процессе поставки нефти, проанализировано правовое обеспечение способов и порядка поставки нефти. Разработаны предложения по совершенствованию правового регламентирования данных отношений с целью наиболее эффективной организации рынка нефтепоставок в Украине. Розглянуто взаємовідносини на нафтовому ринку України, досліджено особливості та підкреслені основні проблеми правового регулювання суспільних відносин, що виникають у процесі постачання нафти, проаналізовано правове забезпечення способів і порядку постачання нафти. Розроблені пропозиції щодо вдосконалення правової регламентації даних відносин з метою найбільш ефективної організації ринку нафтопостачання в Україні. V.
