В статье обоснована необходимость совершенствования законодательства Украины в части уточнения субъектно-объектного состава концессионных правоотношений (преимущественно при участии органов местного самоуправления и относительно объектов права коммунальной собственности). Аргументирована необходимость уточнения правовых последствий реорганизации концессионера, конкретизации правового режима имущества, создаваемого и приобретаемого концессионером и т.д. Сформулировано предложение об исключении предусмотренной Законом Украины «О концессиях» возможности приватизации объектов концессии по окончании срока действия концессионного договора. Обґрунтовано необхідність вдосконалення законодавства України в частині уточнення суб’єктно-об’єктного складу концесійних правовідносин (переважно за участі органів місцевого самоврядування та щодо об’єктів права комунальної власності). Аргументовано необхідність уточнення правових наслідків реорганізації концесіонера, конкретизації правового режиму майна, що створюється і набувається концесіонером і т.д. Сформульовано пропозиції про виключення передбаченої Законом України «Про концесії» можливості приватизації об’єктів концесії після закінчення строку дії концесійного договору. V.
