Исследован правовой режим имущества коммунального унитарного предприятия, определены особенные правовые формы осуществления права коммунальной собственности. Обоснована целесообразность сохранения на данном этапе экономического развития Украины права хозяйственного ведения и права оперативного управления. Досліджено правовий режим майна комунального унітарного підприємства, визначено особливі правові форми здійснення права комунальної власності. Обґрунтовано доцільність збереження на даному етапі економічного розвитку України інституту права господарського відання та права оперативного управління. V.
