Economics and Law| Zusammenfassung: | In order to ensure the well-being of the population, the united territorial communities should develop the forecast and program documents for social and economic development. To do it in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine "On Approval of Methodological Recommendations on the Formation and realization of the forecast and program documents of social and economic development of the united territorial community" No. 75 dated March 30, 2016. The article presents anaggregated plan for the socio-economic development of the Lozno-Oleksandrivska territorial community for 2019-2021 in accordance with the requirements of guidelines. The vision of the Lozno-Oleksandrivska united territorial community is determined. Over the past five years the results of analytical research on the geographical location of the united territorial community, the description of adjacent territories, the demographic situation of the united territorial community, the labor market, the state of infrastructure development and dynamics and the features of socio-economic development over the past five years had been presented. It allowed determining the goals of development (economic, social and environmental) and the priorities of the Lozno-Oleksandrivska UTC development: production, investment, sportscultural and social. It was determined the main tasks / measures, the term of implementation and the sources of the plan of socio-economic development realization financing of the Lozno-Oleksandrivska united territorial community for 2019-2021 in accordance with the goals. It was constructed the mechanism of the socio-economic development plan realization of the Lozno-Oleksandrivska united territorial community and it was established a list of the socio-economic development indicators of UTC to monitor and evaluate the plan implementation.
