Проанализированы изменения в структуре занятости крепления Украины и определены факторы, обуславливающие возникновение диспропорций на рынке труда. Дана оценка действующему организационно-экономическому механизму регулирования занятости и определены основные направления его совершенствования. Исследованы особенности мотивации занятости и разработаны рекомендации по формированию мотивационного механизма в сфере труда. Проаналізовано зміни у структурі зайнятості населення України й визначені фактори, що спричиняють виникнення диспропорцій на ринку праці. Дано, оцінку діючому організаційно-економічному механізму регулювання зайнятості й визначено основні напрями його вдосконалювання. Досліджено особливості мотивації зайнятості й розроблені рекомендації з формування мотиваційного механізму у сфері прані. V.
