The paper solved applied problems, namely, expert evaluation carried out on the basis of which the definition of the problem and the direction of inter-regional cooperation of Sumy, Poltava, Kharkov and the Dnipropetrovs’k regions. The expediency of using peer review. It proved a major advantage of the expert evaluation method which is based in the fact that professionals can use not only information based on statistical indicators of time, but also irregular, one-time information of a qualitative nature. It was found that the peer review contributes to the objective vision of regional problems, in turn, makes it possible to quickly and carefully to make management decisions.

Осуществлена экспертная оценка, на основе которой определены проблемы и направления межрегионального сотрудничества Сумского, Полтавского, Харьковского и Днепропетровского регионов. Обоснована целесообразность использования экспертной оценки. Доказано главное преимущество метода экспертной оценки, суть которой заключается в том, что специалисты могут использовать не только информацию, основанную на статистических временных показателях, но и нерегулярную разовую информацию качественного характера. Установлено, что экспертная оценка способствует объективному видению региональных проблем, а это дает возможность оперативно и взвешенно принимать управленческие решения. Здійснено експертну оцінку, на основі якої визначено спільні проблеми Сумського, Полтавського, Харківського і Дніпропетровського регіонів. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання експертної оцінки. Доведена головна перевага методу експертної оцінки, суть якої полягає в тому, що фахівці можуть використовувати не тільки інформацію, засновану на статистичних часових показниках, але і нерегулярну разову інформацію якісного характеру. Встановлено, що експертна оцінка сприяє об’єктивному баченню регіональних проблем, що в свою чергу дає можливість оперативно та зважено ухвалювати управлінські рішення. V.
