Рассмотрена совокупность нормативно-правовых актов, которые являются частью хозяйственного, законодательства и составляют комплексную отрасль — нефтегазовое законодательство Украины. Обоснована необходимость модернизации хозяйственного законодательства в той его части, которая непосредственно регулирует отношения в нефтегазовом комплексе Украины. Розглянуто сукупність нормативно-правових актів, які є частиною господарського законодавства і складають комплексну галузь — нафтогазове законодавство України. Обґрунтовано необхідність модернізації господарського законодавства в тій його частині, яка безпосередньо регулює відносини у нафтогазовому комплексі України. V.
