The relationship between legal equality of civil legal relations parties and strengthening of legal protection of the «weakest» party’s interests in such relations is shown, main directions in strengthening of the legal protection of the «weakest» party’s interests in the civil legal relations are defined, and the basic principles are formulated to solve the problems which arise in the process of strengthening of the legal protection of this party’s interests. Раскрыто соотношение юридического равенства сторон гражданских правоотношений и усиления правовой охраны интересов «слабейшей» стороны таких отношений, определены основные направления усиления правовой охраны интересов «слабейшей» стороны гражданских правоотношений и сформулированы основы решения проблемных вопросов, которые возникают в процессе усиления правовой охраны интересов такой стороны. Визначено співвідношення юридичної рівності сторін цивільних правовідносин і посилення правової охорони інтересів «слабшої» сторони цих, відносин; визначено основні напрями посилення правової охорони інтересів «слабшої» сторони цивільних правовідносин і сформульовано засади вирішення проблемних питань, які виникають під час посилення правової охорони інтересів такої сторони.
