ПРОБЛЕМИ МАЙНОВОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ В ДОГОВІРНИХ ЗОБОВ’ЯЗАННЯХ З УЧАСТЮ ГРОМАДЯН
The article deals with general problems concerning civil and legal responsibility. A critical analysis of the regulations given in the Chapter 51 of the Civil Code of Ukraine that defines the basis of responsibility for violation of obligations is made, and the ways are shown to eliminate defects.

Критически проанализированы отдельные практически значимые положения главы 51 Гражданского кодекса Украины, определяющей основы ответственности за нарушение обязательств и намечены пути устранения выявленных дефектов. Статтю присвячено загальним проблемам договірної цивільно-правової відповідальності. Критично проаналізовано окремі практично значущі положення глави 51 Цивільного кодексу України, яка визначає основи відповідальності за порушенням зобов’язань, намічені шляхи усунення виявлених дефектів.
