ПОНЯТТЯ, ВИДИ ТА ЮРИДИЧНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ПРАВОСУБ’ЄКТНОСТІ
The legal characteristics of subjects of different types of innovative activities is given. Concept, criteria and types of innovative legal personality are formulated. The proposals are worked out to improve the procedure of state registration of innovative projects.
