The article presents the concept of information infrastructure development in economic cooperation between regions of Ukraine and the factors of information infrastructure mode rnization: conceptual and institutional. It was established that in the process of information infrastructure development it is necessity to take into account the special requirements that determine the effectiveness of economic cooperation of regions under the present conditions (functionality, openness, scalability, integrity, performance). It is proved that the main factor is the information and communication technologies. However, it is proved that the main factor of influence — is the ability to use modern information and communication technologies in the regions of Ukraine. The estimation of information development level of Ukraine in comparison with EU countries allowed to estimate the creation of information-analytical system providing of information infrastructure development within which the upgrade of information and analytical support system of enterprises in the region.

Представлен концепт развития информационной инфраструктуры экономического сотрудничества регионов Украины и определены факторы модернизации информационной инфраструктуры: концептуальные и институциональные. Исследованы факторы влияния на развитие информационной инфраструктуры региона: внутренние, внешние, объективные и субъективные. Установлено, что в процессе развития информационной инфраструктуры нужно учитывать особые требования (функциональность, открытость, масштабируемость, интегрированность, результативность). Доказано, что основной фактор — информационно-коммуникационные технологии. Анализ показателей использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий в регионах Украины позволил осуществить ранжирование регионов и выделить наиболее информационно развитые регионы. Дана оценка уровня информационного развития Украины в сопоставлении со странами ЕС. Определена необходимость создания системы информационно-аналитического обеспечения развития информационной инфраструктуры, в рамках которой проводится модернизация системы информационно-аналитического обеспечения предприятий региона. Викладено концепт розвитку інформаційної інфраструктури економічного співробітництва регіонів України і визначено фактори її модернізації: концептуальні та інституційні. Досліджено фактори впливу на розвиток інформаційної інфраструктури регіону: внутрішні, зовнішні, об’єктивні і суб’єктивні. Встановлено, що в процесі розвитку інформаційної інфраструктури потрібно враховувати особливі вимоги (функціональність, відкритість, масштабованість, інтегрованість, результативність). Доведено, що основний фактор — інформаційно-комунікаційні технології. Аналіз показників використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у регіонах України дав змогу здійснити ранжування регіонів і виділити найбільш інформаційно-розвинені регіони. Наведено оцінку рівня інформаційного розвитку України в зіставленні з країнами ЄС. Визначено необхідність створення системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення розвитку інформаційної інфраструктури, в рамках якої здійснюється модернізація системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення підприємств регіону.
