Рассмотрены значение профессионального подхода к использованию технико-юридических средств в процессе законотворчества и положительные результаты такого подхода в некоторых странах Европы. Показано, что совершенствование законодательства обеспечивается как модернизацией его содержания, так и использованием арсенала юридической техники. Розглянуто значення професійного підходу до використання техніко-юридичних засобів у процесі законотворчості й позитивні результати такого підходу в деяких країнах Європи. Показано, що удосконалення законодавства забезпечується як модернізацією його змісту, так і використанням арсеналу юридичної техніки. V.
