Рассмотрены актуальные проблемы гармонизации законодательства об использовании природных ресурсов в сфере хозяйствования на базе специальных научных подходов к усовершенствованию правового регулирования хозяйственной деятельности. Выявлена потребность расширения предмета Хозяйственного кодекса. Розглянуто актуальні проблеми гармонізації законодавства про використання природних ресурсів; у сфері господарювання на підставі спеціальних наукових підходів вдосконалення правового регулювання господарської діяльності.
