Обоснована необходимость активизации вексельного рынка в Украине. Рассмотрено действующее законодательство, регулирующее обращение векселей на территории Украины, а также проблемные вопросы, связанные, в том числе, с использованием векселя в качестве ценной бумага. Разработаны предложения по созданию равноправных условий обращения векселей для частного и государственного секторов экономики, введению практики предоставления полной информации о векселедателе, конкретизации возможности использования векселя для формирования уставных фондов предприятий. Обґрунтовано необхідність активізації вексельного ринку в Україні. Розглянуто чинне законодавство, яке регулює обіг векселів на території України, а також проблемні питання, що пов’язані, у тому числі, з використанням векселя у якості цінного папера. Розроблено пропозиції щодо створення рівноправних умов обігу векселів для приватного та державного секторів економіки, впровадженню практики надання повної інформації про векселедавця, конкретизації можливості використання векселя для формування статутних фондів підприємств тощо.
