Проведен анализ условий договоров создания веб-сайта и его размещения в сети Интернет (договоры хостинга и коллокейшена). Сформулированы предложения по усовершенствованию условий договора создания сайта, в частности, по формулированию технических требований к разрабатываемым на заказ гипертекстовым документам, а также организации информационных материалов на сайте и ответственности сторон за ненадлежащее исполнение условий договора. Проведено аналіз умов договорів створення веб-сайту і його розміщення в сеті Інтернет (договори хостингу та коллокейшену). Сформульовано пропозиції з удосконалення умов договору створення сайту, зокрема, з формулювання технічних вимог до гіпертекстових документів, які розроблюються на замовлення, а також організації інформаційних матеріалів на сайті й відповідальності сторін за неналежне виконання умов договору.
