Рассмотрены особенности процессов слияния и поглощения, теоретические концепции мотивации корпоративной интеграции. Выявлены существующие зависимости между мотивами и причинно-следственные связи. Предложен новый подход к структурированию экономических мотивов концентрации и алгоритм структурирования мотивов на основе BIPS-модели. Розглянуто особливості процесів злиття й поглинання, теоретичні концепції мотивації корпоративної інтеграції. Виявлено існуючі залежності між мотивами і причинно-наслідкові зв’язки. Запропоновано новий підхід до структурування економічних мотивів концентрації й алгоритм структурування мотивів на основі BIPS-моделі. V.
