Based on the of results of the research, recommendations on settling the problems existing in scientific and applied planes as for putting land plots which are under communal ownership in the economic circulation are developed. Рассмотрены особенности привлечения в хозяйственный оборот земельных участков коммунальной формы собственности. По результатам проведенного исследования разработаны рекомендации, направленные на устранение существующих в научной и прикладной плоскостях проблем привлечения земельных участков коммунальной формы собственности в хозяйственный оборот. Розглянуто особливості залучення у господарський обіг земельних ділянок комунальної форми власності, За результатами проведеного дослідження розроблено рекомендації, які спрямовані на усунення існуючих у науковій і прикладній площині проблем залучення земельних ділянок комунальної форми власності у господарський обіг.
