Проанализированы характерные признаки функционирования и развития предприятий жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в условиях промышленного города монофункционального типа. Предложены методические рекомендации мониторинга платежеспособности населения за жилищно-коммунальные услуги, привлечения внебюджетных средств, повышения роли региональных бюджетов. Проаналізовано характерні ознаки функціонування та розвитку підприємств житлово-комунального господарства в умовах промислового міста монофункціонального типу. Запропоновано методичні рекомендації з моніторингу платоспроможності населення за житлово-комунальні послуги, залучення позабюджетних засобів, підвищення ролі регіональних бюджетів. V.
