The comment analyses provisions of public international law, WTO law, the law of the European Community as well as provisions of the U.S. domestic legislation and practice of its enforcement with respect to foreign investment restrictive measures. As a result of research, the comment sets forth proposals as to amendment of the Ukrainian current legislation with the view of improving efficiency of the protection of national economic security interests. |
