Проведено исследование малоизученных проблем теории права о защите от недобросовестной конкуренции. Раскрывается содержание таких его базовых понятий, как «действия в конкуренции», «честные обычаи», «правила, профессиональной этики», общие и частные запретны. Проведён сравнительный анализ европейского и украинского законодательства о защите от недобросовестной конкуренции. Проведено дослідження маловивчених проблем теорії права про захист від недобросовісної конкуренції. Розкриваються зміст таких його базових понять, як «дії в конкуренції», «чесні звичаї», «правила професійної етики», загальні та приватні заборони. Проведено порівняльний аналіз Європейського та українського законодавства про захист від недобросовісної конкуренції. V.
