Рассмотрены и проанализированы отдельные научные исследования правовых проблем регулирования хозяйственных отношений в нефтегазовом комплексе. Выявлены пробелы в научных разработках в указанной отрасли, указано на недостаточность научного интереса к проблемам обеспечения реформирования отношений в нефтегазовом комплексе. Предложены перспективные направления дальнейших научных исследований с целью разрешения большого количества проблем в отрасли, которые имеют системный характер. Указанные направления полностью совпадают с положениями концепций усовершенствования государственного регулирования естественных монополий и государственного регулирования хозяйственной деятельности. Розглянуто і проаналізовано окремі наукові дослідження правових проблем регулювання господарських відносин у нафтогазовому комплексі. Виявлено прогалини в наукових розробках у вказаній галузі, вказано на недостатність наукового інтересу до проблем забезпечення реформування відносин у нафтогазовому комплексі. Запропоновано перспективні напрями подальших наукових досліджень з метою розв’язання великої кількості проблем у галузі, які мають системний характер. Вказані напрями цілком співпадають з положеннями концепцій вдосконалення державного регулювання природних монополій і державного регулювання господарської діяльності. V.
