The features and legal consequences of purchase by the subjects of economic activity of decisive influence an other subjects of economic activity are considered. Дан анализ особенностей и недостатков правового регулирования концентрации субъектов хозяйственной деятельности в Украине, исследованы определение концентраций капитала и правовые способы ее осуществления, а также рассмотрены проблемы правоприменения норм законодательства об экономической концентрации, особенности и правовые последствия приобретения субъектами хозяйствования решающего влияния на других хозяйствующих субъектов. Дано аналіз особливостям та недолікам правового регулювання концентрації суб’єктів господарської дальності в Україні, досліджено визначення концентрації капіталу і правові засоби її здійснення, а також розглянуто проблеми правозастосування норм законодавства про економічну концентрацію, особливості і правові наслідки набуття суб’єктами господарювання вирішального впливу на інших господарюючих суб’єктів.
