The author proposes to divide the economic obligations with participation of the state into those which are not provided by the state guarantees and those which are provided by the state guarantees. The latter, should be classified according to such indicators as the role of the state in the economic obligation, status of a commissioner body that gives guarantees; character of the counter-agent; the legal base for their origin, the sphere of economic management where these obligations arise and exist, type of the economic obligation provided by the state guarantees. Предложено деление хозяйственных обязательств с участием государства на хозяйственные обязательства, не обеспеченные государственными гарантиями, и хозяйственные обязательства, обеспеченные государственными гарантиями, а также классификацию последних по таким основаниям, как: положение государства в хозяйственном обязательстве; статус уполномоченного органа, который предоставляет гарантии по обязательствам; характер контрагента; правовая основа их возникновения; сфера хозяйствования, в которой возникают и существуют эти обязательства; вид обеспеченного государственными гарантиями хозяйственного обязательства и т. п. Запропоновано поділ господарських зобов’язань з участю держави на господарські зобов’язання, які не забезпечені державними гарантіями, та господарські зобов’язання, забезпечені державними гарантіями, а також класифікацію останніх за такими підставами, як: положення держави у господарському зобов’язанні; статус уповноваженого органу, що надає гарантії за зобов’язаннями; характер контрагента; правова підстава їх виникнення; сфера господарювання, в якій виникають та існують ці зобов’язання; вид забезпечуваного державними гарантіями господарського зобов’язання тощо.
