For species specified in the nomenclature sp.nov. (3 species), sp. (2 species), aff. (1 species) except synonyms, size, location, stratigraphic position and geographical distribution was given holotype and diagnosis. Images of the external and internal structure of the carapace are made on the SEM JEOL JSM-6490 LV (6 phototables). Систематичне вивчення четвертинних і рецентних остракод Тиренського моря (шельф, глибоководна западина) та Червоного моря (прибережна зона коралових рифів) містить систематичний опис 14 видів остракод рядів Podocopida (родини Bairdiidae, Bythocyprididae) і Platycopida (родина Cytherellidae). Для видів, визначених у номенклатурі sp.nov. (3 види), sp. (2 види), aff. (1 вид), окрім синоніміки, розмірів, місцезнаходження, стратиграфічного положення й географічного поширення, надано голотип і діагноз. Зображення зовнішньої і внутрішньої будови черепашки зроблено на SEM JEOL JSM-6490 LV (6 фототаблиць).
