It was found that due to vegetative propagation the species spread beyond the primary introduction site in the botanical nursery of Uman National Univer- sity of Horticulture and around it. The absence of generative reproduction in the analyzed introductory population was established, as there are only male specimens of this dioecious plant. Measures to prevent further spread of Thladiantha dubia are recommended. |

Розглянуто процес поширення в Україні потенційно інвазійного виду з родини гарбузових (Cucurbitaceae) — тладіанти сумнівної (Thladiantha dubia). З’ясовано, що нині відбувається суттєве зростання розповсюдження виду у багатьох регіонах України. Встановлено, що в м. Умані вид було інтродуковано в 1964 р. Виявлено, що за рахунок вегетативного розмноження відбулося суттєве поширення виду за межі ділянки первинної інтродукції в ботанічному розсаднику Уманського національного університету садівництва та навколо нього. Вста- новлена відсутність генеративного розмноження, оскільки в інтродукційній популяції наявні лише чоловічі екземп- ляри цієї дводомної рослини. Рекомендовано заходи щодо запобігання подальшого поширення Thladiantha dubia.
