Results. The fraction of plants collected in the Caucasus region was selected according to the KWHA catalog. The time of formation of the main collection was 50–70s of the ХХ century. There has been found a folder of Herbarium specimens, dated the 50s of the last century. The collector of these specimens is marked V. G. Tanfíl'ev, who had studied, collected, and systematized the plants of the Stavropol region for a long time. These 147 sheets were added to the existing collection of Caucasian plants. There are 2847 species of Caucasian plants in KWHA herbarium collection now. Plants belong to 7 classes, 149 families, and 860 genera. The number of species listed in the Red Books of the Caucasus is 460, including 115 endemic species. Conclusions. During the study of the herbarium collection KWHA the group of plants collected in the Caucasian region was highlighted. This group has 2847 species, which is slightly less than half of the total number of Caucasus flora species. They belong to 7 classes, 149 families, and 860 genera and were collected in different places of the Caucasus. The collection has been replenished with 16 new species thanks to the new archival finds. The rarity fraction of the Caucasian collection, 460 species, is especially valuable because they have conservation status. There are 115 endemics of the Caucasus among them.

Проаналізувати гербарну колекцію (KWHA) Національного ботанічного саду імені М. М. Гришка НАН України і виділити її раритетну фракцію. Матеріали та методи. Гербарна колекція НБС НАН України (KWHA); інтернет ресурс «Червоні книги» Кавказького регіону; назви рослин наведені за Каталогом KWHA (Kataloh KWHA, n.d.) та Plant List (The Plant List, 2013); наявність ендемічності звірено з системою GBIF. Результати. За каталогом KWHA виділено фракції рослин, зібраних у Кавказькому регіоні. Час формування основної колекції — 50–70-ті роки ХХ століття. Під час перегляду гербарних зборів минулих років була знайдена тека гербарних аркушів, збори яких були датовані 50-ми роками минулого століття. Колектором цих зборів позначено Вадима Гавриловича Танфільєва, який протягом тривалого часу вивчав, збирав та систематизував рослини Ставропольського краю. Збори було додано до існуючої колекції кавказьких рослин. У гербарній колекції KWHA зараз нараховується 2847 видів рослин регіону Кавказy. Аналіз гербарних зразків показав, що представлені рослини належать до 7 класів, 149 родин, 860 родів. Кількість таксонів, занесених до червоних книг Кавказького регіону, становить 460, з-поміж яких 115 ендемічниx видiв. Висновки. При дослідженні гербарної колекції KWHA виокремлено види рослин, що зібрані в різних куточках Кавказу. Кількість їх становить 2847 видів, що складає трохи менше половини всіх видів флори Кавказького регіону. Завдяки новим архівним знахідкам колекція поповнилася 16 новими видами. Раритетною фракцією зборів з Кавказу є 460 видів, які мають охоронний статус. З них нараховується 115 ендеміків Кавказу.
