УДК 621.785.5 УДК 621.785.5 УДК 621.785.5 This paper presents the possibilities research of forecasting thermal processes by temperature fields simulation during the heating of high-frequency currents (HFC) with the heat treatment (tempering) details of machines and mechanisms. The technique for constructing the temperature fields on the bodies model of various geometrical shapes and composition, which are the prototype of the real products, with the help of MatLab is developed. The comparison of the influence of heating time, the sizes and chemical composition of the material on the temperature distribution on the cross-section of the products is given. The nomograms, which allow to determine the necessary technological parameters of the heat during the high-speed tempering of HFC are plotted. Исследована возможность прогнозирования термических процессов путем моделирова- ния температурных полей во время нагрева токами высокой частоты (ТВЧ) при тер- мической обработке (отпуск) деталей машин и механизмов. Разработана методика по- строения температурных полей на модельных телах различной геометрической формы и состава, которые являются прототипом реальных изделий, с помощью пакета MatLab. Проведено сравнение влияния времени нагрева, размеров и химического состава материала на распределение температуры по сечению изделий. Построены номограм- мы, которые позволяют определить необходимые технологические параметры нагрева во время скоростного отпуска ТВЧ. Досліджено можливість прогнозування термічних процесів шляхом моделювання тем- пературних полів під час нагрівання струмами високої частоти (СВЧ) при термічній обробці (відпуск) деталей машин та механізмів. Розроблена методика побудови темпе- ратурних полів на модельних тілах різної геометричної форми і складу, які є прототи- пом реальних виробів, за допомогою пакету MatLab. Проведене порівняння впливу часу нагрівання, розмірів та хімічного складу матеріалу на розподіл температури по перері- зу виробів. Побудовані номограми, які дозволяють визначити необхідні технологічні па- раметри нагрівання під час швидкісного відпуску СВЧ. Інститут енергетичних машин і систем ім. А. М.
