The elastic-plastic deformation and the real geometry of drum and material extractions in the drum after repair are accounted for. The accumulated damaging of the drum metal during stationary exploitation, planned start-and-stop, hydraulic test and emergency stop is determined on the basis of these results Рассмотрены результаты конечноэлементного моделирования напряженного состояния действующего барабана парового котла высокого давления в условиях эксплуатации с учетом упруго-пластического деформирования и реальной геометрии барабана на послеремонтной стадии. Определено значение параметра накопленной поврежденности металла барабана при режимах стационарной эксплуатации, планового пуска-остановки, гидравлических испытаний и аварийной остановки котла Розглянуто результати скінченноелементного моделювання напруженого стану діючого барабана парового котла високого тиску за умов експлуатації з урахуванням пружно-пластичного деформування та реальної геометрії барабана на післяремонтній стадії. Встановлено значення параметра накопиченої пошкоджуваності металу барабана за режимів стаціонарної експлуатації, планового пуску-зупинки, гідравлічних випробувань та аварійної зупинки котла Інститут енергетичних машин і систем ім.
