It allows verifying the state of hereditary defects of type of detachment at the boundary between main materials and coatings, which are appeared during application, evolution of these defects to the surface cracks and chips under the influence of thermomechanical effects during machining, and the conditions of conservation of balance of mentioned defects Рассмотрено применение сингулярных интегральных уравнений к решению ряда технологических задач. Разработана математическая модель, которая позволяет контролировать состояние наследственных дефектов типа отслоения по границе основного материала и покрытия, которые появляются на этапе их нанесения, и развитие этих дефектов в поверхностные трещины и сколы под действием термомеханических явлений, сопровождающих механическую обработку, а также условия сохранения равновесия указанных дефектов Розглянуто застосування сингулярних інтегральних рівнянь до розв’язання деяких технологічних задач. Розроблено математичну модель, яка дозволяє контролювати стан спадкоємних дефектів типу відшарування межею основного матеріалу та покриття, що з’являються на етапі їх нанесення, та розвиток цих дефектів у поверхневі тріщини та сколи під дією термомеханічних явищ, які супроводжують механічну обробку, а також умови збереження рівноваги зазначених дефектів Інститут енергетичних машин і систем ім.
