Description
Summary:A study of electrochemical properties of ZrO2 anode oxide films in the temperature range 300–600 К caused by adsorption-desorption and electron-ionic processes has been carried out. It has been found that conductivity in metal-oxide-metal structures at 300–380 К is determined by humidity and the superficial potential barrier formed due to chemisorption of OH- ions on oxide surface. The peak of thermo-stimulated currents at 450 К is caused by thermo-stimulated desorption of these ions accompanied with electron emission. In the temperature range 450–600 К electrochemical properties are controlled by desorption of these anions from the surface of the films and by oxidation of zirconium matrix.
