Electrical properties of surface layers for just gown annealed in vacuum and in oxygen atmosphere, and under prolonged exposure to air of thin films of lead chalcogenides are investigated. The results are explained on the basis of physical and chemical processes associated with batch fractionation, re-evaporation of chalcogen, and the influence of oxygen acceptor. |
