Food Industry Economics| Zusammenfassung: | The article deals with a problem of theory and practice of the personnel motivation industry. The problems of a contemporaneity, connected with a scientific and practical interpretation of the motivation essence,with influence of the branch specific character on the professional ranking of administrators as well as functioning and efficiency of the personnel motivation system at the enterprises of food industry have been determined. The ways of solving of the above-mentioned problems have been described. The system approachto increase of the efficiency of the personnel motivation management, the essence of which is in the professional realization of management motivation function, relying on the special principles, on the integration ofmotivation function with other management functions and further consequent application as instruments ofrealization of motivation functional possibilities – methods of management, has been offered. Basic principles of motivation, among which: the principle of the top priority task, the principle of integration of motivation function as well as the principle of differentiation, have been revealed.The necessity of professionalization of administrative labour in the field of practical realization of themotivation potential as a function of management has been substantiated. The given process of the professionalization suggests, first of the all, organization of the efficient interrelation, on the one side, of the mainparticipants of the subject and object relations at the enterprise – a manager and personnel, on the otherside – forming of the mechanism of interaction of the scientific and educational system of management,practice of business and government management in the field of influence on the scientific and educationalstandards and creation of the conditions for efficient realization of the professional management possibilitiesas the field of special knowledge. As a necessary mechanism which is able to launch and support the giveninteraction we can suggest the institute of management consulting, which besides other necessary qualitiesand professional possibilities, is indifferent to the branch division of the business, so it can be used for solving the problems of the personnel motivation at the enterprises of food industry. |
