Резюме:In recent years, a large number of organizations in Ukraine and the world began to give preferenceto outsourcing partnerships in their work. The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of innovativetechnologies in the field of human resource management in the current economic conditions. The article reflects the specifics, main features, critical assessment and differences in the concepts of outsourcing, outstaffing and staff leasing. In the field of personnel management, outsourcing is generally divided into laborprocess outsourcing, HR-outsourcing and outstaffing. In the first case, the client company sends a separateline of work to the implementer. The second type is a kind of staff leasing, when an organization temporarilyattracts the necessary employees. The third is used to remove workers from the main staff.An assessment of the terminology of personnel management tools has been formed, on the basis ofwhich the concept of "leasing" is not entirely correct, since the legislation of Ukraine does not provide thistype of business relationship.The advantages and limitations in using the outsourcing model of attracting personnel to enterpriseshave been revealed. The main advantage is the saving of time on the development of new processes andtechnologies, which positively affects the further development of the company. The analysis of the anti-crisismethod of using outsourcing was carried out by dividing the existing personnel of the company into threecategories, taking into account the results of an objective assessment of their activities, achievements andopportunities. This method requires revision to ensure that effective economy of financial resources does notturn into unreasonable staff reduction, which can lead to a decrease in the company's performance indicators.The peculiarities of the outsourcing services market for personnel management in Ukraine and themain trends in this area have been clarified. The development of personnel outsourcing, outstaffing and leasing in Ukraine is a priority for working with staff in a crisis.
